I kept myself busy as a young mother raising my daughter and in between, building 5 houses from the ground up. Then I ended up with 30 Real Estate transactions in 14 years, where my husband and I bought and sold multiple homes, lots and apartment buildings. With building all of the homes from scratch, I know houses in and out. I learned how septic systems work, got familiar with strata properties, did a subdivision and handled all the paperwork in dealing with foreign lawyers when buying a hotel in Costa Rica. Talk about an experience! As an active real estate investor, I owned everything there is in the Real Estate market. Single-family homes, lots, strata, waterfront properties, multi-family apartment buildings and a hotel. I would have loved building a straw bale home but never got around to do it. Owned one log home, one PAN-ABODE cedar log home, and a few regular houses, where I put a lot of love into renovating them. Still, own and manage multiple vacation properties in Kelowna, where I share my love of the Okanagan with many visitors. Whatever you are looking for, I have been walking in your shoes and can explain the “pro” and “cons”. Residential Real Estate including income-generating properties in Kelowna and the surrounding area is my niche of experience.
